Fiynz is a relationship management platform operated by Karmantika Insights Pvt Ltd. The platform helps professionals organise contacts, relationships, conversations, tasks, follow-ups and related business information.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, accessing or using Fiynz, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Fiynz.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and must not knowingly use another person's account.

Paid Fiynz plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.

Fiynz, including its software, design, branding, interfaces and original content, is owned by or licensed to Karmantika Insights Pvt Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These terms do not transfer ownership of Fiynz or its intellectual property to you.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect Fiynz, its users, our systems, or to address violations of these terms or applicable law.

You may stop using Fiynz at any time, subject to any outstanding payment obligations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fiynz and Karmantika Insights Pvt Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
