Welcome to Fiynz. By accessing or using our Relationship Operating System, website, or subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Account Registration & Invitations
Fiynz operates via secure Google Login and invitation-based onboarding. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and ensuring that your workspace activities comply with applicable laws.
3. Subscription & Billing
Paid tiers (such as Starter and Professional) are billed on a monthly or yearly basis as outlined in our pricing plans. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Fiynz platform, attempt to bypass access controls, reverse-engineer database systems, or use unauthorized scripts to scrape or overload our servers and AI integration services.
5. Limitation of Liability
Fiynz is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service availability and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Fiynz following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
